Deborah Ashley, an abstract nature and still-life painter from Northern California, draws inspiration from the tree-filled southern landscapes of her North Carolina roots. Known for her vibrant, thick-textured landscape abstractions and playful, mixed-media still-life paintings, her work embodies a joyful and imaginative spirit.

Deborah has been passionate about the arts from a very young age, starting piano lessons at five and violin at seven. She also pursued visual arts throughout her school years, developing a colorful and energetic style that reflects her musical background through flowing lines and shapes. The vibrant interplay of colors, shapes, and textures in her highly expressive work makes it uniquely her own. Deborah holds degrees in Violin Performance and Fine Art.
